Coronavirus (COVID-19)

In light of Government advice and to limit the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we temporarily transferred to a telephone-based service until we were able to open our doors once more.

While we are still offering some telephone sessions and are supporting the majority of our visitors over the phone, we are also now offering our face-to-face support once again.

Please note that in time, face-to-face appointments will be the only form of support we are able to offer to our suicidal visitors. We will be phasing out telephone appointments over the coming months, with the exception of our ongoing sessions offered to Key Workers in distress.

Throughout the pandemic, we have still been accepting referrals for people who are suicidal and in need of support. Please use the I need help tab above to make a self-referral for support if you are feeling suicidal, with Partner Organisations still able to make referrals via the Partners tab as usual.
