TLP is opening a fourth site this autumn, expanding capacity and opening up our vital support to people in more parts of the capital.

Our new building is on Cobb Street E1, in the heart of Spitalfields and just five minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street station. It will be our biggest site yet, offering over 3,300 square feet of space.

We’re now embarking on a full fit-out in order to create nine listening rooms, with lighting and furniture carefully designed to create spaces that feel calm, warm and welcoming. There will also be workspace for volunteers and staff and essential training spaces – for the first time in TLP’s history, we will be able to run our volunteer trainings in one of our own buildings, alongside the spaces so generously offered by our supporters.

We expect Cobb St to be open for listening appointments from autumn 2025 onwards, and we are currently recruiting and training dozens of new volunteers. Once at capacity, this new site will allows us to support around 2,500 more people annually – meaning that we’ll be providing free, regular, face-to-face support for over 10,000 suicidal people each year.
