A gift in memory of a friend or relative is a legacy of hope
Funeral collections
Some people choose to ask for donations for TLP at a funeral, either by collection or in place of flowers. If you are interested, we can provide a short extract on our work and donation envelopes for the service.
If friends and family can’t be there, a JustGiving page can also be an effective way to allow them to leave a gift in memory.
Posting donations
To help us thank families in a timely manner, please try to make donations online if possible. If you are a Funeral Director wishing to pay in a collection on behalf of a family, please follow this link.

We will receive these cheques, but there will be a delay in our ability to acknowledge them. If you’ve collected cash, please don’t send it through the post. You can bank the cash and send us a cheque for the equivalent amount, or you can call our donations line at 020 3906 7676 or email memorygift@listeningplace.org.uk to arrange a callback.
We think it’s important that we acknowledge these donations correctly. To help us do this, please include the following if sending funds through the donate link or the post:
- Name of the person in whose memory the donation is made
- Your name, address and your relationship to the person
- If you aren’t the next of kin, please include their name and address as we will let them know that you have made an in-memory gift
